Position Overview: The IT Support Specialist is essential in maintaining the operational excellence of our customer-centric services. This role is multifaceted, encompassing everything from support of point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensuring the integrity of commercial internet line wiring and network management.

The selected candidate will have opportunities for growth and development as part of our energetic team. Core Responsibilities: Commercial Internet Line Wiring: Install and maintain critical internet infrastructure. ? Network Configuration Acumen: Have a solid grasp of network setups including ISPs, routers, switches, APs, and network/wireless standards.

? POS System Mastery: Oversee the construction, support, and upkeep of POS systems to guarantee customer contentment. ? Responsive Customer Service: Address customer queries via email and phone in line with SLAs and company guidelines. ? Product Expertise: Stay informed on the latest updates and enhancements to Focus POS systems and related third-party software.

? Educational Support: Conduct remote functionality training for customers during off-hours. ? Eloquent Communication: Effectively convey the value Alpha brings to clients. ? Emergency Readiness: Provide on-site emergency support and hardware replacements as needed.

? Flexible Schedule: Be available to work from Friday to Tuesday with varying hours and the readiness to adjust as necessary. ? Bilingual Proficiency: Serve a diverse customer base with bilingual language skills. ? Technology Proficiency: Swiftly adapt to new technological tools, including various hardware, software, and mobile platforms.

Required Experience: ? Advanced user of the Windows operating system with basic administrative capabilities. ? Solid understanding of network configurations, including knowledge of ISPs, routers, switches, APs, and wireless standards. ? Outstanding communication abilities, adept at navigating high-pressure situations.

? Self-starter, autonomous, and dependable, with an approach to work that reflects a culture of initiative and innovation. ? Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. ? Dedication to continuous learning and proficiency in troubleshooting our products and services.

Preferred Experience: 2+ years in a technical support services or related field. 2+ years of restaurant experience.
