Job Type: Full-time Employee Location: Torrington CT office, hybrid.* Periodic travel to company offices and manufacturing facilities.

(1 to 4 trips per year - approximately 5% travel) Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Analyst who will ensure that the company's global manufacturing systems are operationally sound and support the company's strategic direction and future growth plans. This is a hands-on role that will have responsibility for the company's manufacturing systems landscape and will help define platform direction, lead transformational projects, perform systems maintenance, and provide day-to-day support. The company is expanding their shop floor and this is an exciting opportunity to work on new custom-made equipment and systems that can scale products much faster! Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute to the Manufacturing System refresh project that is current underway by quicky getting up to speed with the new solution stack and assisting with work center conversions from legacy technologies.

Provide second-level support to shop floor systems, operations, and interfaces. Escalate issues to IT counterparts or solution vendors as needed to resolve more complex issues. Identify and implement system or process improvements that resolve recurring issues, yield operational efficiencies, improve data quality, or clarify or simplify operations.

Closely collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and production engineers to ensure that manufacturing systems effectively support current and emerging needs. Initiate and lead projects related to functional enhancements, system upgrades, or changes needed to accommodate updates to peripheral systems, data interfaces, or process updates. Comply with IT Security and General Control requirements, with a focus on change control, documentation, systems access, and data privacy.

Qualifications and Experience: Education: High school education at minimum, bachelor's degree in technology related major preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience with Manufacturing Systems Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Manufacturing process expertise and experience supporting and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA systems, Inductive Ignition, and interfaces to ERP and shop floor equipment PLCs. Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with others. Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze emerging requirements, trouble shoot and resolve issues, design and implement functional updates, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes.

Project management skills, with experience delivering projects within a manufacturing environment. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently, manage time, and deliver on commitments
