Job Description: The primary job role is to Review and analyze business requirements/system specifications/user stories. Design test strategy and test plan based the project requirements and timeline.

Attend project meetings and daily standups. Execute test scripts, record, and review test results. Document, report and manage defects.

Report testing status, create reporting dashboards for test execution and defect management. Ensure timely and successful delivery of the products. Work collaboratively with the development team, business analysts to ensure the early identification of issues from planning stage.

Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using test automation tools and frameworks. Design and implement automated test cases for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Quality Assurance Governance Processes General oversight of Quality Assurance Testers and business User Acceptance Testing processes and events Engages the leadership of a team member should a performance challenge be encountered. May be asked to provide input into the performance reviews of team members. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Knowledgeable of Systems Development Life Cycle, agile process, Quality Assurance and Project Management methodologies, waterfall, and scrum methodologies In-depth understanding of the various testing concepts (eg, functional, usability, performance) Interviewing skills such that the Analyst can draw complete requirements descriptions from business partners from sometimes initially vague requests.

Ability to understand and develop business process maps and use cases. Experience in industry standard testing management tools and ALM tools Test automation experience Strong problem solving and analytical skills, has an eye for detail. Looks for ways to maximize operational efficiency.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to anticipate user behavior or risks to systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledgeable of the Retail Supermarket industry and understanding of how supported applications or initiatives may impact success or failure.

Workday HCM, Finance or Payroll testing experience is a plus Time management, critical thinking skills and flexibility EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field A minimum of four years of experience analyzing end-user requirements and documenting use cases, writing test plans and test cases A minimum of four years of experience testing applications in accordance to required functionality and non-functional quality attributes (eg, availability, performance) Proficiency in test management tools, functional and load testing automation tools is a plus. Effectively manages personal time and work. Identifies own strengths and weaknesses, making the best of those strengths and seeking improvement on any weakness, through peer and management mentoring.
