JOB TITLE: Secret Cleared Logistics Analyst JOB LOCATION: Springfield VA WAGE RANGE*: $42hr to $45hr JOB NUMBER: RQ173180 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of related logistics work experience. We are currently seeking a unique individual with supply chain skills to assist in our enterprise procurement processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION Understanding of the BICES-X procurement process. Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process. Proactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.

Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized. Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with enterprise purchasing. Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers, peers, vendors, and supervisors.

Perform all other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of related logistics work experience. BA/BS - may substitute additional years of experience.

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information. Possess an active secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs. Experience with ServiceNow Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs Experience communicating with multiple vendors and project managers. While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
