Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems.

Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, Engineering Management or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science Lead-related occupation.

Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, Engineering Management or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science Lead-related occupation.Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Building, developing and deploying performance metrics and key performance indicators; Identifying and prioritizing analytic initiatives to support business decisions; Leveraging big data platforms and cloud based solutions, including Teradata, Snowflake and Tableau to generate insights and providing recommendations to management; Setting and managing priorities of analysts, assigning projects, allocating resources and assessing performances; 2 years of experience in people management.Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $149,500 to $209,900.
