We are looking for a Program Management Office Coordinator with a heavy focus on financial reporting. This role is dedicated to resource and cost reporting within the IT division, with a primary focus on supporting a company-wide special projects portfolio.

As part of this responsibility, they will collaborate closely with a technology integration management office and work across the organization to collect, manage, and report data. This position will contribute significantly to ensuring clear and effective information delivery. This role is like a financial coordinator/analyst role.

Key Responsibilities Provide resource planning, forecasting, and program/project management oversight for IT Services focusing on the business and the acquisition integration projects. Work with all IT functional managers to ensure that all project data is up to date and being tracked/reported correctly within the Portfolio Management tool. Track individual project work down to the task level with Smartsheet.

Create reports for stakeholders. Required Minimum 2 years of direct financial reporting and support for PMO experience Tacking of budget, resources, and project costs Advanced knowledge in Excel Able to work in an ambiguous environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must be authorized to work in the U.

S Highly Preferred PowerBI or Tableau experience PeopleSoft Financials Power Automate Azure Dev Ops Sharpoint SmartSheets Continuous improvement and LEAN experience Must be local to the Seattle area due to onsite requirements. No 3rd party vendors/candidates
