You will manage the development of state of the art products and deliver to big names. Qualified candidates will be very technical and capable of managing 25 people in 3 locations- East Windsor/Freehold NJ area, as well as teams in Europe and Asia. If you are self-motivated and have managed software teams of 10 or more in the development of embedded systems, this position may be for you.

Experience with developing data structures and algorithms in C/C+ on Linux platforms is required. Knowledge of communication protocols is heavily desired; hardware or RTOS experience is a plus. Responsibilities and Duties include: Lead, build, and develop a team of great SoftwareEngineers Manage the development, implementation and execution of multiple projects within established timelines Lead system architecture discussion and planning with softwaredevelopment Coordinate design documents and unit test plans for softwareprojects Communicate with team members and report weekly on projectprogress Ability to interface with management team and customers to assess andcommunicate risks and tradeoffs for key projectdeliveries Establish and enforce technical best practices including reviews, documentation,testing, QA, and releasemanagement Manage project plans, resource allocation and respond promptly based onchanging priorities Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science orother technical discipline Strong track record of leading Software Engineeringteams Minimum 10 years of technical engineeringexperience Ability to accommodate the time zone difference to work with teams in Asia andEurope Strong verbal and written communicationskills Superior organization and project managementskills Embedded Software and Hardware experience aplus Solid background inC/C+ Experience with embedded Linux operating system and RTOS aplus Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as OrCAD,Altium, Allegro aplus Why is This a Great Opportunity: Outstanding growth opportunity.
