on W2 Summary: Install, configure, and support an organization's systems or a segment of a network systems. Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version): Working knowledge of Cisco Routers: Hardware & software WAN links such as MPLS, GigE, and broadband Layer 2 protocols such as Vlans, Spanning Tree, Layer 3 routing protocols such as eigrp, bgp, ospf TCP/IP and related protocols Working knowledge of network packet capture tools such as Wireshark, WildPackets, etc. ITIL Foundations or experience with concepts such as Request, Incident, Problem and Change Ability to utilize network packet capture to diagnose network communication anomalies and disruptions - Working knowledge of DNS administration (preferred - Bluecat DNS product experience) Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements. Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software ITIL Spanning Tree Vlans routing protocols - eigrp, bgp, ospf TCP/IP WAN links such as MPLS, GigE, and broadband Cisco Routers DNS Wireshark OR WildPackets.
