Mileage expenses paid Requirements. One year minimum experience working in IT or tech industry. IT training in a recognized program, and/or an Associate's degree in computer-tech field preferred.

Must have reliable transportation to travel to other satellite locations in the area. Knowledge of computer equipment & Windows 10 (required). Google IT Support Professional Certification (preferred).

Ability to research and analyze complex problems. Help clients troubleshoot. Support end users via a ticketing system, email, or phone. Monitor ticket queue; determine priority-level based on SLAs and severity.
