Mid-sized company/environment

  • Partial Hybrid to be onsite as needed (multiple times a month). Must reside within 1-2 hours of Orlando/Maitland
  • Working directly for the IT Director
  • Leading projects and acting as a senior IT resource mentoring other employees

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands-on leader with experience in I.T. hardware, software and user support.
  • I.T. systems infrastructure and experience interacting with vendors and managed service providers as an extension of resources will be key to the success of the role.
  • Manage Servers, OS, network devices, switches, routers, wireless devices, load balancing, storage, cloud, peripherals, licensing, file shares, drive mapping, imaging documentation, domain controller, etc.
  • Ability to interact with all clients
  • Lead and manage projects
  • Communicate with executives and stakeholders
  • Organization, passionate about bringing order out of chaos
  • Someone with strong skills in assessing current state and re-engineering what happened within an environment
  • Ideal candidate is someone that thrives on big challenges
Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years experience in IT Systems Administration and Leadership (project/technical/supervisor)
  • Must be a strong Communicator with clients, team, and leadership
  • Should live within ~1 hour commute for some onsite work during major projects/installations/hands-on follow-up with onsite IT team members
