Our client, a specialist ERP vendor that provides industry-specific solutions for the food processing industry is seeking another ERP Solution Consultant, to add to their growing team in North Carolina. The Company provides its users with innovative industry software that is configurable and customized to meet the demands of the individual company.

Travel to customer sites and the organizations Canadian office (Kitchener, ON, Canada) is a part of this role as is some after-hours/weekend work, from time to time. As a ERP Solution Consultant, you will be providing consulting services related to the configuration, training, ongoing support, and project management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementation projects primarily in the food industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:Consult with clients to define solutions that meet their business requirementsPlan, design, configure and implement ERP solutionsProvide training on using company softwareAssist with compiling business cases relating to the implementation of company ERP solutionsDocument processes and recommendationsProvide technical direction and assistance to clients regarding their software requirementsTravel within North America as well as periodic International travel may be required as wellPerform on-call and help desk support for clientsPerform additional duties as assignedSupport the other departments such as sales, administration.

DESIRED PROFILE:University Degree or College diploma in Business, Finance, MIS, Food Science, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent business experience2+ years post Degree/Diploma work experienceExperience working for a company involved in food productionExperience in ERP software and project implementations and project managementExperience in training on & documenting for ERP based processesRequired proficient English Language Skills (verbal and written)Preferred/Optional German Language Skills (verbal and written)Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients/personnelBasic understanding of databases and file structuresAbility to work independently with a minimum of supervisionExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsResides in or near Charlotte, North Carolina is preferredInterested in this Opportunity?
