This position involves researching, identifying, and analyzing potential and actual conflicts of interest related to new business intake, lateral hiring, and business development. Responsibilities include conducting conflict searches, collaborating with attorneys and staff, reviewing client engagement letters, and maintaining accurate firm engagement data in internal databases. The role also contributes to process improvements and collaborates with IT and accounting departments.
