Excellent project management skills. Job Description: This pivotal role involves driving the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects in alignment with strategic objectives. The Lean Manager will lead Lean maturity assessments, collaborating closely with site leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.

Technical skills required include proficiency in VSM, LMS, 5S, TPM, SMED, MPS, TPI, SD, 7 Wastes, Standard Work, and problem-solving methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Lean projects from ideation to execution, focusing on reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Collaborate with the site controller to validate achieved Lean savings and recommend new operational procedures.

Develop and implement Lean training initiatives and act as a mentor for Continuous Improvement leadership. Set KPI goals, conduct business assessments, and provide regular updates on CI resource activities. Act as a change agent, challenging organizational leaders to drive continuous improvements and remove barriers.

Provide strategic insight and evaluation of organizational progression, influencing strategy and planning. Establish credibility as a leader and partner with site leadership to achieve chartered objectives. Manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications and Experience: BS/BA or equivalent experience. 4-8 years of leadership experience in executing continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma efforts. Prior leadership or management experience required, with proven ability to lead teams to deliver projects.

Hands-on experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
