  • Creating Fanuc robot programs from scratch
  • Coming up from scratch with what the robot needs to do (a lot of machine tool load and unload)
  • Solving the issues and providing the entire solution
  • Acting as a technical expert
  • Investigating and resolving HMI and PLC issues as needed
  • Traveling to Wisconsin-based companies (rarely gets up to 30%)

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

  • Three plus years of Fanuc robot programming from scratch experience
  • Possess ability to investigate and resolve HMI and PLC issues as needed
  • Ability to work well independently on smaller projects
  • Ability to work well as part of a team on larger projects
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (travel that high is rare) to Wisconsin-based companies
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
