Outstanding opportunity to join an expanding global manufacturing leader as Site Project Manager. providing strategic direction for the project engineering team.

Requires solid technical expertise of plant level project management for continuous improvements and expansion of operations with focus on engineering and maintenance support. Responsibilities: -Lead site's project portfolio including cost control and planning activities for the projects from initial scope development through to implementation, including detailed design, construction and commissioning.

-Project Team has responsibility for Project Cost Estimateing, CAPEX Budget & Forecasting, Planning/Scheduling and Process Control & Forecasting, and developing business case documentation. -Manage and report on the annual Capital Expenditure Plan (CEP) in line with agreed budgets and ensure strict cost control and effective management of resources. -Provide department procurement and contract management expertise, giving advice, keeping up to date on appropriate developments, auditing and ensuring that these standards are maintained.

-Develop and prepare project plans and cost control systems throughout the project life cycle. -Provide training and coaching support as required to ensure the continued development of staff. -Demonstrating a proactive approach towards SHE management (risk assessments and HAZOP.

) -Cost control and forecasting of Maintenance spend activities. -Support negotiation of vendor pricing and support contracts. -Involved with Site Management Team regarding CAPEX Requests, Approvals and Reporting.

Experience: -BS Engineering degree with 8+ years Project/Maintenance Engineering experience in automated, high speed manufacturing plant sites. -Must have track record in management of a project portfolio ($1-10 MM), preferably chemical or mechanical sector and a minimum of 5 years relevant industrial experience. -Solid technical expertise handling plant maintenance/improvement projects as well as directing a project engineering team.

-PMP certification preferred.
