Schneider Electric Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Project Procurement Leader and Procurement Software in Foxborough, MA.

Job Description: Responsible for all Purchasing activities within new product projects or brand labeling projects. Lead supplier selection according to the Schneider Electric procurement policy and with a purchasing approach. Challenge the needs associated with the Line of Business.

Contribute to the achievement of Brand Label project targets while leading purchasing processes and strategy setting for Brand Label. Lead contract negotiation with legal department for strategic brand label suppliers. Monitor team of Procurement Project Leaders to ensure category KPI's, follow strategy and achieve global cost targets.

Lead the selection of purchasing deliverables to apply on every project and ensure are done on time according to OCP/Brand Label guidelines. Work with dedicated Brand Labeling suppliers and ensure their best performances during their Order Fulfillment Process activity. Position does not supervise direct reports.

Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day/week. Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in international business, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in multinational corporate purchasing or sourcing, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Product experience on Process Automation offer for different lines of business: Telemetry and Scada Systems, Safety systems, DCS, Process Analyzers and Instrumentation; Supplier Quality Management (Supplier qualification process and audit, PPEP, Supplier relationship management); Implementing procurement best practices; Offer Creation and New Product Introduction processes (PMP, AGILE); E-sourcing tool for RFQs, contract and risk management; SAP MDG; Savings declaration and management on online tools, Windchill parts database and Material hierarchization structure; Driving Offer Creation Process purchasing for Process Automation Line of Business; Supporting advanced roadmap activities to embed suppliers at early stages and leverage co-innovation; Sourcing new needs along project phases according to company procurement category strategies; Contributing to PEP to deploy QVE; and Leading brand labeling and finished goods purchasing on Hardware or Software offers.
