Corporate Development Analyst - Remote/Travel Required: Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred. Location: 70% Remote (you can live anywhere) & 30% Travel Compensation: Base + Bonus = Total compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Description: The Corporate Development Analyst will work directly with senior management to support a wide range of critical corporate priorities.

The analyst will report directly to the CEO, with dotted line reporting to the regional Presidents. The position will help lead and manage strategic projects, such as implementing companywide KPIs, metric tracking, and recruiting processes. We are frequent acquirers of companies: Another key responsibility will be acquisitions due diligence, financing, and execution.

This position will also be responsible for compiling board presentations and will interface directly with the board of directors. Responsibilities: Financial reporting and analysis. Board presentation preparation.

Industry and competitive analysis. Acquisition due diligence, financing, and execution. Acquisition target sourcing.

Lead and manage strategic projects. Business metric/KPI collection and tracking. Qualifications: Seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, solution-oriented, creative, and accomplished self-starter.

Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative and soft skills. Successful candidates must also possess a strong knowledge of business strategy and finance. Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred.
