Base Salary - $130,000-$150,000 + PAID Relocation Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the development of project scope, timeline, and budget, adhering to established project management frameworks and industry best practices. Manage staffing and craft plans for construction, commissioning, and startup phases, lending support to operations for troubleshooting and optimization efforts.

Engage in process engineering as necessary to fulfill project objectives. Lead the specification and procurement of equipment, as well as oversee the creation, review, and awarding of bid packages for labor and equipment. Analyze and devise solutions for engineering challenges related to manufacturing equipment and systems, including root cause analysis of component failures.

Innovate and refine manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment, ensuring product quality through rigorous testing. Demonstrate autonomy in resolving complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most challenging matters to the appropriate channels. Provide informal guidance, mentorship, and hands-on training to junior engineers through project collaboration.

Fulfill any additional duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of experience in engineering roles. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Ag/Biosystems, or a related engineering discipline. Demonstrated proficiency in managing large capital projects or project portfolios.

Previous involvement in chemical, food, or related industries. Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support capital project initiatives across other network plants and locations. Comfort and enthusiasm for working hands-on in a dynamic and technically demanding plant environment
