Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Senior Project Manager Engineering, we'll count on you to:Support the development and implementation of strategies/initiatives for municipal water/wastewater clients.Be client facing as this role will be a key conduit between the client and HDR design teams.Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.

Actively participate in industry associations, ideally in a role to support such organizations (eg, California Water Environment Association).Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of small to large multidiscipline projects with a high degree of technical complexity. The larger projects are typically in excess of $5 million and involve a large project staff.

Supervise large project staffs and act as a mentor for less-experienced engineers and project managers.Produce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplinesCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews.Implement QA/QC procedures.

Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans.Maintain professional engineering registration.Perform other duties as needed.

The expected compensation range for this position is $127,743 - $207,375 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
