Title: Data Development Engineer Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire Compensation: $50-$60/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Data Development Engineer Skillset/Experience: We are seeking an Integration Developer (DataDevelopment Engineer III) to build and enhance data services for use in enterprise integration scenarios.
This position will be expected to actively participate in the technical design and development of these services in the form of APIs, data pipelines, etc. This position will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting integration solutions to meet the business needs. Responsibilities: Leverages integration knowledge to develop efficient data movement across all solutions.
Enables new APIs and enhances and configures existing APIs. Writes code in lower-level (C#, .Net, SQL, SSIS, JavaScript) programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure.
Writes diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults to indicate that program is not functioning properly or meeting the technical/functional requirements. Proactively monitors the system/integrations for long running queries/jobs, identify bottle necks and propose solutions to optimize queries/jobs. Creates technical documentation of systems, software programs, and code to be leveraged for audit purposes and document solution.
