Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered (DHA) is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with treatment plant and pumping station rehabilitation experiences for a program management contract (A). DHA is also seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with pipeline rehabilitation and bypass experience for a program management contract (B).

? Responsibilities Conduct studies, plan capital improvement projects, provide permitting planning and support, draft RFQ/RFPs for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) contracts, and oversee designs by external parties. Coordinate with various stakeholders. Management of multiple project schedules and budgets.

Design and construction submittal reviews. Qualifications Candidate must possess a degree in civil engineering or a related field; Must have 12 - 20 years of relevant engineering design and management experience; A Professional Engineering (PE) license is required; Familiarity with operations and permitting requirements is required; Familiarity with trenchless technologies for pipeline upgrades, project permitting requirements, and bypass systems (B); Familiarity with water/wastewater design standards is preferred; CMAR and PDB project delivery methods experience is preferred; Familiarity with project management software as well as Microsoft office programs are required; and Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
