QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years' experience supporting Workday. 3 or more years of experience supporting cloud-based applications.

Bachelors' Degree in a technical field or higher. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills. Outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
